I think eoscount.com will do it. I read it doesn't work with every browser but go to the site and follow the instructions to see.
There is no need for the software it's in the menu settings.
Go to the last spanner menu.
Battery Info.
Shutter count is in there.

This is per battery cycle. And when you have a grip it shows 2 counts. No way of finding in camera I'm afraid. I think Eos count worked for me.

Can't you just tell the shutter count from the IMG number of your last image? :shrug:
What does those 3 bars mean that show up in the same place? how well the battery preforms or something? if only 2 bars go green rather than all 3 does it mean the battery is on the way out?
Or if the camera is set to reset the image number after off load.Can't you just tell the shutter count from the IMG number of your last image? :shrug:
