aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrghhhhhh.
I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this but can anybody help me with a work around or something?!!!
Just got a Canon 7d mk2, I upgraded from a 7D which I use with Capture One not only to shoot tethered but also just to process raw files.
Capture One 7 will not recognise raw files from the 7d2. Capture One 8 will, however I cannot upgrade to Capture One 8 as my macbook is a bit old and can only run OS 10.6.8 as it's latest OS and Capture One 8 needs Mac OS 10.9 to run. The 7d2 has a function to process raw files in camera but it's not ideal obviously.
I've been thinking about upgrading my macbook for a while, but 'touch wood', it runs like a dream. It's about 6 years old, it's a Black one that I think was a fairly limited release. I said to myself that I would only upgrade it when I really had to, maybe this is now?!
So is there a work around for this or is it new macbook time?
