Hi folks, great friendly forum by the way. OK, i am using a 7d mk i and a Sigma 150-500 lens and am discovering that when the light drops, so does the shutter speed and therefore the picture quality as well. Trying to take photos of red squirrels near the woods is where i really notice it and am wondering where i should prioritise the purchase of new equipment? A 7d mk 2 would perform much better in low light although the Sigma i am using is a little 'basic' compared with newer lenses, or should i keep the 7d and get a Sigma 120-300 f2.8 /Canon 70-200 f2.8 of which i read some very good reports? Any advice gratefully recieved, Matt
