Good post Malla and sweet deal - you prompted me to buy now instead of waiting for the next round of price cuts, so thanks for that.

Delivered today by Fedex plus free 580EX II - I have one already and not sure if I'll keep it or sell, so I'll leave it BNIB for now.

TBH I'm thinking it looks a tad more complex than the 40D but I'm up for it and I think it'll do very nicely.

This offer is over but One Stop Digital is selling the 7D for £1,029. Bargain if you ask me!
 
i might wait and visit FOCUS Exhibition next month and see if there's any bargains...
 
I missed the 5D2 deal :(

Any ideas who's doing the best deal on a 5D2 (possibly with a 24-70mm L) at the moment?
 
Yes, I've seen that site but they don't always have the cheapest prices :)
