78seconds photos

hehe hard to explain , it's a certain photographic style that people use. You have done nothing wrong in the shots it's just something that doesn't appeal to me. For example 13# , it's just a closed shop 17# just a block of flats.

20# Is an old building , good processing... black and white so that appeals to me!
Ah, I see. I don´t know if this type if processing has a name. I like b/w shots because they add something sad and mystic to photos. As the town where most b/w shots have been taken is an old industrial town with a high unemployment rate nowadays I felt it was adequate. The town´s called Marl and I was living there for about 12 years. One project I have in mind since about two years is to photograph faces of Marl, from the shop keeper, miners and the many turkish immigrants.
Since 2 years I live in a small town in the rural Münsterland, the town is called Dülmen. Sometimes I miss the "big city" marl.

#22 Autumn is coming

Last one is really nice, I really like taking shots of my kids at kiddies-eye-level ;)

#30 We did some gardening yesterday for my mother and father in law. They´re both in greece at the moment and all their daughters helped working in the garden yesterday...of course with beer on tap.

A taste of winter
It´s already pretty cold here. Just went to a market in a small village nearby and bought some spices. Now I´ll cook with a spice called "Cafe de Paris".
Not sure if it´s tasty or french. :D

Like number 37, I can almost hear the announcement and the people rushing to catch the train, great!

I love the processed colours of your shots, that last one works really well too

#41 the morning after
Dülmen is hosting a funfair at the moment. My son loves it and we went on the giant wheel yesterday and afterwards fishing 15 ducks to get a sword and a shield. :gag:
