Hello all,

Is it possible to take a decent football team shot with a 70-200? It is the only lens I have and a friend has asked me to take a team photo of the ladies team he manages, but I think I will have to stand miles away to get them all in. The 70-200 is the only lens I have!

Its possible but you will have to stand a few meters away.

You could hire a lens?
 
Hi Liam,

The game is this afternoon. I was planning to, but the manager initially gave me the wrong date (some manager!) and only informed me Friday afternoon.
 
Just stand at the other side of the field......... and take a megaphone
 
Yeah I have taken loads of team photos with the 70mm end.. You have to stand quite far back though.
I only do it when I forget my other lenses at a match :thumbs:

No kit lens?
