70-200 f2.8 ***ITS HERE***

Yippee, went and picked up the Canon 70-200 f2.8 L

First impressions are, its big!!! I had the 100-400 and this is near on the same size.
I did a quick shot to check it over and its bloody great!
The Date code puts it at
Utsunomiya
Made in May 2008.
has warranty and cost me £670
Im chuffed to bits. I will post some pictures up when i get a chance to have a good play.

Hello I don't actually own one but after purchasing my 5D at the weekend but not having a lens to play with till a friend lent me his 70-200 2.8L and I loved it. Not that I have a lot to base my findings on, it's my first dslr. Now my lens has turned up 24-70mm 2.8L I will have a base to judge each from.
