I know some rant about them but I have never ever had bad service.....ordered a spare battery for the camera on Saturday at 10:55 with free delivery..........arrived Monday 09:25 still very impressed it was fully charged by 12 lol

That's quick! I find they usually take about a week or so.

The only problem I ever had was when I ordered a Canon 70-200 from them 2 or 3 years ago and they just never ever got it in stock. But I suspect that they had a "run in" with Canon because they were selling way cheaper than anyone else. I don't know what happened but they didn't seem to have any Canon kit for a little while afterwards.

But every other order I've ever placed with them has been fine, I'd recommend them anytime.

I've only had little things off them (batteries, light stands etc) and had no trouble.

ditto, i've bought lots of things from them. SD cards, Batteries & Filters mainly and not had any problems. the delivery time varies a lot. some of the stuff i have bought turned up next day, other stuff took over a week. couple of times they've sent the wrong item out, but both times they apologised and sorted it quickly. can't complain about their prices either

I've only bought small things too, but no problems so far. Excellent prices and their replacement batteries last well and seem to hold their charge. I note that Damien Lovegrove uses their batteries rather than (or at least as well as) Canon originals.

The only issues I have had are when special offers run out of and they cannot find replacement items. Otherwise great service and great pricing!

Mostly good, although they can sometimes show items as 'plenty in stock' and then suddenly run out. Usually the items I really wanted.
