7 Day Shop - 7 months to Supply?

I have used 7 Day Shop for ages, and have always found them to be very good. Just recently (21 March) though I have ordered £50 worth of products which went out of stock - I have e-mailed them several times now over the course of the last three weeks to find out when stock would be in and my order fulfilled and and have yet to receive any word back. They don't seem to have any telephone numbers on their website any more? Anyone know how to get a response out of them?

After this I am not sure that I would rush to buy from them again.
 
Did you open up a case with them? (I think that's what they call it.)

I had good experiences from them, but one bad one. They sent me the wrong product, I sent it back and asked for a refund, they repeatedly claimed they had refunded me but never did. Ended up giving up on it as it was only £15 but I don't think I've been back since.
 
I've had the same thing with an SD card I ordered - at least a month ago now and it just says it's on backorder - no response to messages. Never had a problem before.
 
Same problems here. Placed an order that never arrived and I can't get a reply to any messages I've sent.

Again, never had problems before but I'll think twice before I use them again.
 
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience too. I made an order with them for some lenspens and other things as they had everything in stock. They sent the things I could get anywhere and claimed the other stuff was out of stock. So basically, I had to have a refund, although I wanted the items and had to buy elsewhere and pay postage again.

I was a bit annoyed at their attitude as they would not offer any refund on the postage I was going to have to pay for again.

So I now only buy one thing and cancel if it's not in actually in stock. Just be aware of their false claims about stock levels. Other than that, they have delivered at good prices, so still worth a punt.

I have never paid postage with 7 day shop, that one of the main reasons I use them. I have been trying to get a particular CP filter since last October it has been OOS (on back order) which is a bit annoying.
 
They have been good for me- but once they ran out of stock and it wasn't until I enquired that they told me, was able to cancel easy enough though.
 
ALL standard postage to UK is free from 7day! You only pay if you want priority delivery. Never, ever had an issue with them apart from 1 item out of stock, once! This was delivered within 7 days as promised.
 
I'd ordered four cards (2x SD 2xCF) and a new card reader from them. Was sent an email saying the SD cards had been cancelled. So far been sent two CF cards and a note saying the two SD cards and card reader would be delayed. I don't know which is right. Also interestingly I ordered to 15mb/s SD ultras and was sent an email saying I'd ordered a 15mb/s ultra, but when I got the email telling me it was cancelled they told me my Ultra II's were cancelled. Erm, I didn't order UII's!!!!


Out of intrest what products are they you've all having problems with ATM? And is there no phone number- it's all done via email?


EDIT: Just checked my SD's are canceleled and the reader is on back oredr

I use 7 Day Shop too and they can be a little slow with their deliveries but as it is free i can't really complain.

Ordered two Canon lens hoods and two Lenspens on Amazon, which are being sent by 7 Day Shop, but they were cheaper to get via Amazon than direct from their own website. :cuckoo:
