Just wondering if any one who uses the above for wildlife photography have specific cases that they use for birds in flight and do you have a AF pattern that you prefer?
Have only used mine for static subjects until yesterday when I spent a few hours at Bempton cliffs. Had the 5D set to a suggestion from the Arthur Morris guide and my Mk IV set just how I normally use it. First impressions are the keep rate for the 5D is greater than the MkIV.
Not a great deal out there which gives specifics re the focus cases but found this worth a read.

For interest the settings I used yesterday were Case 3 modified as follows.
Tracking sensitivity -2
Acc/decel. 2
AF point auto switching 2
