5D2 + 7D or 5D3?

I've currently got both a 5D Mk2 and a 7D, but since buying my 5D I'm hardly using my 7D despite the better focusing. I shoot a range of subjects, but these can mainly be narrowed down to family portraiture, landscapes and motorsport - all amateur.

Given I'm using my 7D less and less, I've started to wonder if it would be better to sell both bodies and replace with a 5D3.

Has anyone done this and regretted it? Both my bodies are immaculate, so it wouldn't cost too much to do the swap. Is it a no brainer, or am I suffering from upgradeitis again?

The itch to upgrade is hard to ignore. If you do not need the extra reach or fps of the 7D, the 5D3 makes good sense. It provides the best of both worlds.
 
I sold both to buy a 5D3.

Apart from when I went to WRC events maybe two weekends a year (absolute max) I hardly used my 7D.

Fair enough I've lost the crop factor,but not having the 7D collecting dust far outweighs that.
