Hi

Can you guys recommend someone in the yorkshire region to do the sensor cleaning for the above mentioned cameras. I have cleaned my 5D classic in past my self but dont want to risk damaging the filter on sensor.

I get calumet to do mine over here in Northern Ireland not sure if you have one close by though!
 
After looking into Canon local agents, i managed to find one in stoke on trent, had to drive all the way to stoke from hudds to drop the camera off, ended up in full service.
You will be amazed to see what they have done to the sensor.
Can some one guide me what can be done with them for this damage?
They have asked for third collection to see .
Pls find attached crop picture of line they have left on sensor/filter.

for some reasons cant upload the file it says too big, where as it is not :)
 
Get another specialist to write a report and repair quote, then write to them by recorded delivery and ask to rectify the problem or reimburse you to the full replacement value of damaged gear. Hopefully they would then sort it out. If they don't you are looking to issue a claim via money claim online. See if a lawyer can write a letter for you as this adds more credibility and looks like you will chase it up.
