So much to learn. I started getting frustrated with the kit lens indoors at night (f3.5), so got the 50mm for portaits, then got a bit frustrated with MF (thought I would manage and I couldnt a lot of the time) and a slightly limiting focal length indoors So i think i'm finally happy with the 35 now I will say though, sometimes at 1.8 MF is useful for sleeping shots.
I thought for £150 quid, and the pics to look back on in years to come it's a no brainer
This one i shot my girlfriend handheld at ISO 1000 indoor and no flash. I've handheld the 35mm at 1/40 sec with Aperture 2.8 indoor, my hand is pretty steady lol.
