Ffordes, MPB or Mifsuds will all sell you an honestly described and priced lens. It's cheap to start with so the price won't vary too much, only depending on condition.

I only paid £85 brand new from The London Camera Exchange in Nottm.

2nd Hand prices weren't that much cheaper than that anyway.

Hence I went new with the warranty for 12months

Yes, but you said you want cheap - 2nd hand on these doesn't seem to be much below a new grey price.
