I couldn't find a thread on this searching for the obvious but seems like a good deal to me and I've bought it https://5daydeal.com/

A few things are online but you get codes then can register and have unlimited access, a few of the tools/filters can be software specific i.e. you need Lightroom (I have) or Photoshop (Don't) for things like Topaz remask then realised you can use it in Elements or LR with an add on.

It is about 35GB of downloads if you go for it all and I think a lot of the links are time limited to mid November.

Is this for real, or is it spam, if it wern't for the amount of posts the OP has made i would have said SPAM

Nah it's not spam :)
I thought it looked a bit iffy to start off with it has a lot of content for the cost, not to everyone's level, taste or usefulness but it's working out good for me, the Zack Arias Onelight 2.0 is handy for a flash beginner alone :)

No worries, it looked a little iffy to start off with, you know, one of those "if it looks to good to be true, it usually is" kind of deals

When you analyse what you are actually getting I didn't think it was that good a deal, and certainly not $2000 worth, especially as I already have Topaz Remask anyway (and nobody ever pays the full retail price for any Topaz products)
Some of the "Retail prices" look as if they have just been picked out of the air, "ADVANCED TECHNIQUES IN LIQUID & SPLASH HI-SPEED PHOTOGRAPHY" for $185? Not for me, even at the "bargain bundle" price.
Good luck with your purchase.

I bought it - but I was already considering buying remask and a few of the presets, and I'm a big fan of Lindsay Adler & Zack Arias.

If you're the sort of person who's likely to pay for a tutorial, either video or in person, then you'll probably find it reasonable value for money.
Is the bundle worth £60? Definitely - if you were already considering buying anything in it - but borderline otherwise. Much of the information in the tutorials is available elsewhere but it's nice to get it as a faintly coherent whole.

Will the 20% vat be added for digital downloads?

I got it last year and thought it was okay value. Wouldn't bother again though personally.

I got last years - though I think it was rather cheaper - but then I was in the market for Topaz Remask* anyway, and that was included.

This year's is probably reasonable value if you're already thinking of buying Topaz Clarity and one of the better tutorial video series which are included, e.g. Zack Arias' one light series - but not otherwise.

In what I got last year, the ebooks are towards the better end of what you'll find on various blogs. The presets and actions are ok but mainly not that amazing and free equivalents are often available. The video tutorials vary from disappointingly bodged together from other stuff (Lindsay Adler, I'm looking at you) to Zack Arias (superb, if you don't know most of it already).

*fwiw I don't get on with Remask 4 and don't much like Clarity.

If you're looking for a specific Topaz product, the best way to buy it is wait until they have a "webinar" on the item and sign up for that.
At the end of the webinar they give away a time limited discount (usually 25%) on the item, and sometimes an across the board discount for ALL Topaz products.
Failing that, you can usually find an instant 15% discount code if you search.
Nobody ever pays full price for any Topaz software.
