46mm square filter adapter

I'm after an adapter that will allow me to use my square filter holder with my Contax G2 45mm f/2 lens that has a filter diameter of 46mm. I've looked on seven day shop, but no luck. Anyone here know of somewhere I pick one of these up?

Cokin do 46mm screw adaptors for their filter holders but apart from Jessops not sure who supplies them.

I've also seen stepping up rings available, for example this one which will step up from 46mm to 58mm (I have a 58mm adapter ring for my holder). Will this work as well...?

Don't see why not.

I suppose the only thing would be you have another adaptor so you may be inviting vignetting to the corners of your images :shrug:

Thanks Knikki - I've looked under ffordes/Filters/Cokin P Series Filters, but can't see any 46mm ones, however I have found 46mm Skylight filters for £2, which I was looking for too, so... nice one
