Afternoon,

And hello, this is my first post but I am known to dseered and CopeImages.

I'm looking to get back into SLR photography having been away a while and am on the verge of ordering the 450D twin lens bundle, 450D / 18-55 / 55 - 300 with a 4gb card as i reckon that would be ideal to be getting on with.

Looking to take a variety of pics, portraits, landscaped, some sport but not high end.

Is there a better option out there for someone that knows a bit but not everything ?

Budget is c£450 max.
 
its good as a starter kit and hence why it is budled with the camera. Once you have decided on where these lenses lack, you can then seek alternates that will help you further.
 
You could do a lot worse :)

It's an excelent starter pack and a firm rung on the ladder to bancrupcy the world of DSLR's and other lenses :)
 
bump, any other opinions ??? going shopping xmas eve, is there a Sony or Nikon bundle I should look at ??
