Hi Guys
Not quite sure how to explain this but here goes...
i was out taking some photos of a ruin today, the light was a little strange so i was inspecting the shots on the screen when they preview immediately after the shot is taken.
when shooting in land scape there was no problem but i noticed that when i was shooting in portrait and previewing the shot with the camera in a verticle position, that the screen was barely visible!
it was like the photo was competely underexposed or the back light was not functioning.
when holding the camera normally and viewing the photos on the screen they appear fine as normal?
i also noticed that if you rotate the camera from the verticle to horizontal while the preview is on screen it goes dark and poorly visable to bright and normal as its rotated and vice versa
has anyone come up against this before? i did have a good search but couldnt find this mentioned before
