My camera has decided to keep switching its self on and wont turn off with the switch tried removing grip makes no difference any help please

Hi Bob

I assume you mean the big on/off stwitch on the top? Just to confirm its coming on by itself when the switch is on off?

Have you tried a different battery / CF card in? Sorry don't really have a clue just thought its worth a try.

Yes the switch is in the off position I have put batteries on charge now so will try again later. I have never updated firmware so will try that later aswell and will reset to factory setting

Just to say thanks replaced CF card and batteries seems to be working fine Let you know if it starts playing up again

Glad to hear it seems ok..... thats about my extent of camera repair knowledge so i hope it keeps behaving!
