3rd party flash system

Hi, can anyone recommend a third party flash for outdoor photography(wildlife),just taken my 580EX to be repaired and it might be an arm and a leg to repair,was thinking of perhaps a couple of guns and a wireless trigger. Thanks

If it has to be new speedlights then YongNuo are the best of the cheapies, if you don't mind secondhand the Nikon Sb24/25/26 come in around the same money but are better built.

YongNuo RF-602 or 603 triggers are dirt cheap and really good.....

Thanks for the reply Graham, dont think I will buy speedlites if it does need replacing,dont do much flash photography so these ones sound o.k. are they something you get off e-bay??? and would you know a price off the top of your head????

The guns are about 30 quid a pop on eBay I think.
