Thank you! This shot was an outtake from the first one would you believe . So I reshot the shot using an iPhone and added more processing on top of that. Produces interesting results.

it does :)

I really like that!!.. i would have gone with plain black frame like you had thought.... i guessed it was from the last portrait, i loved that, your expression was pure joy... you mentioned you didn't like the fact you had your backpack on but i really liked that you did.... to me it made it more.. 'in the moment' joy... not staged :D:thumbs:

In a crazy attempt to change the types of shots I was taking I came up with this... at least I was trying to be varied!

Hah! I only just noticed that the MAC auto-corrected my title from Wooden DOF to Wooden dog! Silly MAC...

Looks like a really lovely weekend away! Looking forward to seeing the film shots though. My first love is film but it's hard to ignore the ease of digital for long enough :shake:

Hi Conor :)
Some great shots from the Cotswolds! It's nice isnt it? Just a stones throw away from me

Thank you! It's really nice, very much enjoyed it. What part are you from? Wonder if I passed through it.

Thank you! Same here, love film. Hard to do a film 365 though! I did do part of a 52 on film, but it was shockingly hard. One of the problems I faced was if you miss a shot or a roll of film mucks up you're screwed! I lost a roll of film due to one of my mates walking in and turning on the light in my "artificial" darkroom! I wasn't a happy bunny I tell you

I'm from Swindon in Wiltshire, however the Cotswolds is a short 15 minute drive from me. So I know a fair bit of it :) What parts did you go to?

Nice. We based ourselves in Stratford Upon Avon which is a stones throws from the other end of The Cotswolds!

We only looked around the northern parts, from Broadway/Snowshill to Stow on the Wold. A little further south than that, but mainly just picking random roads and just driving! Really nice countryside around there and lovely quaint little towns and villages.

Ah yes I know it :)

Stow on the Wold is pretty isnt it? Did you visit Bourton on Water at all? It has a motor museum with the original 'Brum' in, and the workshop from the tv programme.

You'd have been using the A429 a lot I am assuming. Nice bit of road providing you don't get stuck behind a lorry!

Stow on the Wold is very pretty. Didn't get to Bourton on Water, we were winging it to be honest! No plan, just hopped in the car and drove. Ended up hading out towards Toddington and Teddington at one stage, but only realised after we came back to London that we'd managed to leave the Cotswolds if we ended up there!

We took the A429 back to Stratford Upon Avon, but we were mainly on the even smaller roads before that. Not quite sure which roads they were, but definitely went too far west at one stage

Ah thats a shame, Bourton on the Water is worth a visit :)
Well by the looks of it you had a good few days anyway
Is there any more photos?

A few I got on Film too, but I'm skeptical they'll come out. When I got back to Stratford Upon Avon the film seemed to be endless.. So I think it came loose from the take-up spool which means I either have no shots, or one AMAZING triple-quintuplet exposure.

I have a few others from Stratford Upon Avon as well but they aren't really worth uploading. Lovely architecture, but it's one of my weakest types of photography, just don't know how to photograph buildings without making them just look like another shot of a house

Apologies again for not catching up with everyone's 365's. Things have just been so so busy since I got back after the weekend. I'll try be a good boy and get around to everyone before the weeks out!

Really like the field shots, the ploughed one especially.

That last one - not nice at all, looks like you're coming to get me

Love all the shots :D though not sure on the last one ... as sarah said looks like you are coming at us for some reason

Love those empty field shots & the shot of broadway. I love the cotswolds.

Thank you. Yeah, the Cotswolds were amazing. I only saw about a third of the northern part so I'd like to go back :)

some great work Conor , Broadway is an awesome place !!

Thank you! Yes, Braodway is awesome. Possibly one of our favourite places we stopped off at for tea :)

Thank you! That was kinda what I was going for with the hand! It's a filler to be honest.

Thank you! The hand does look a bit freaky alright

liking these, not sure why but the OOF shot really works?? Hand is the pick of the bunch over the last few days

Yeah, it's an interesting one. I think because it's far enough out of focus to look intentional, yet not too far so that everything is unrecognisable  I dunno

Thanks all the same!

I really liked this I thought the pose was great! I had a little play with the image (you had edit ticked!) as I thought I might be able to add a bit of depth if that makes sense? I wonder what you think...
