Daily 365 Photos 2013.

Thanks T :) On my mum's computer atm and all my photos here look really pixelated... is that the case for anyone else viewing them?

In the camera photo, the Roni is an odd one out; the rest are Olympus. But the bottom right camera is digital and new(er); my x100 :p

I'm on my phone ATM and they look fine here hun

Good to know! :D

Day 34. by Toni Darling Photos, on Flickr
From the blog: I can't decide whether I really like this or really hate it. I kind of wish the laptop wasn't there but I was going for an almost candid, "you weren't meant to be aware of me and looked up just as I fired the shutter" look so I don't think it matters much either way. Hmm!

And an "outtake".

Still. by Toni Darling Photos, on Flickr
I was hoping for a movie still type feel... I don't think I achieved it but oh well! I like it all the same.

Awesomesauce photos Toni... love them both and adore the processing!

That's a cracking POTD  really very good, and the outake, for me it works right up until your eye get's drawn to the boxing gloves, loose them and I think that it will be really good

Very nice mono portrait Toni, you are becoming an expert at these.

another two brilliant shots Toni  Mono is the fave for me out of the two and have to agree about the boxing gloves ... think it is the colour of them that grabs you before anything else

Thanks Matt. I took this photo, saw how distracting the gloves were and took another but it just looked really... flat... yet with them, they a distraction. I just don't think it was a photo meant to be taken

Thanks Phil! A somewhat (although not really) easy fallback when I have nothing else

Thank you Carol! I love the lighting in the mono :D

I really want to gather all of us up in Edinburgh for a few weeks and have all sorts of photography fun :bonk:

Noooo, come to mine ;)

Really do like both of these, but think you made the best choice by going with the mono, they both look so very unposed and natural.

Thank you! When does the next flight leave?! ;)

A simple one today... I had picked another but, after uploading to flickr, changed my mind and went for this as my POTD. I'm not too sure why... the other is more "me" but I just love this photo of Pixie.

This is the other one; Milo in the window.

Pixie looks like a gremlin! Bless!

I think that's a better photo, as my eye keeps being drawn to certain parts of Milo..not sure whether it is him or something behind (!) him... or her!

Those eyes in that 1st shot are awesome!!

Thank you Vince! I love her eyes

    he's been neutered so it's just empty, sagging skin now

I think I have said this before but I will say it again anyway. That is one scary cat!;)

   thanks guys ;) You really ought to come meet her (and Milo, the male)! Hahaha she's the most lovable thing in the world (well, 2nd after Milo...). My mum calls her a gremlin too :p my mum showed a friend Milo's photo and the woman thought Milo was a staffy

great eyes Toni - would hate to bump into her in the dark though - would scare the hell out of me

Two lovely shots though

Aww bless her lmao   she's the size of your average 4/5 month old kitten (well, my 4 and a half month old kitten lol) with a pot belly   and her head is NOT in proportion with her body... tiny!

Thank you :D

   She's my princess

Does this one put her more in perspective?

I like both of them Toni, they're certainly very elegant if not conventionally pretty.

As with everyone... Those eyes!!!

Love the one on the window but like Sam I'm drawn to 'BITS'! ...lol!!

Very unusual beauties Toni, your cats are like the whippet of the cat world, elegant but thin skinned !!

Thanks Vince!! :D

Day 36. by Toni Darling Photos, on Flickr

I had no idea what I was going to take a photo of today... then I noticed these out of the corner of my eye and... this is it! Simple but I like it.

I like it too, unusual positioning of the flowers that really works :)

I like a nice, clean, colourful photo and this is definitely one - great photo! :)

I like simple!.. it works and works well...looks classy:thumbs:

Thanks guys :D It's had a decent amount of PPing; the original is a good bit more gritty which is what I was going for. Then I brightened it up just out of curiosity and preferred it!

Simple can often be the 'perfect' that we are looking for :) Great beautiful shot Toni

You guys are so cute together, it's lovely!!.... i bet you are grinning with the tripod.........soooooo much easier!!
