350d with a rattle and screw missing

Hi everyone do any of you know what damage a loose screw could do? the screw missing has come out from the grip part of the camera, next to the cf door and there is now something ratteling inside, any ideas of how much a repair would cost?
 
Best to take it to a camera repair shop and get an estimate, it's impossible to say what it would cost without actually knowing what's wrong.....
 
It might help to upload a pic showing where the screw's missing from?

What's worrying is it looks as if the housings coming away :eek: If it is, I'd get it to a repair shop mate.
