I've just realised that as the grip has been on my 350D for over a year, I can no longer find the battery cover. I obviosly put it somewhere safe, so I wouldn't lose it.... :bonk:

Would a local photography shop (such as Jessops) be able to order me one, or can I get one direct from Canon ?

Stupid question Steve,

its not in the bit on the grip, to safe keep it??
 
if its not as Grahame says on the grip, im sure u can order one in without difficulty, id try canon direct as jessops will add their fee.
 
If you take the grip off, down the side of the bit that slides into the battery compartment, you put the battery cover in there for safe keeping :)

Thats an Olympus grip, but the canon stores it in the same place.

Found it !!

See, it was stored somewhere safe (under my monitor - see it was very safe there!!) :lol:
