30D srgb or rgb

Hi i have a Canon 30D should i be shooting in srgb or rgb and what difference does it make.

RGB I think, since your pc is most likely to use it for your display. I've tried both and to be honest I can't tell the difference though that may be because the pc doesn't display the full srgb colour range (or summat)

I think the RGB you are referring to is probably Adobe RGB. This has a much larger colour gamut than sRGB and most monitors will be unable to display the full colour range of this colour space.

I'd stick to sRGB as the majority of monitors can handle this as do most printers.

Always Adobe RGB the colour profile is so much bigger, more information is always better.
