30D + 17-85mm bargain at CEX

That was a different one that was sold soon after you posted, the one I posted above is a different camera than the one you saw that day but hopefully still in a good condition for someone to get a good deal out of this!

Wish I did not already have too many cameras and my OH watching my every move :bat: and I would jump onto this ...:lol:
 
I tell you where I got confused micloi, I thought there was a standard 17-85mm which is what is bundled and the one I seen in Leicester store that had a IS USM lens was a cock up making the Leicester one a super uber bargain, I didnt realise all were IS USM..
 
As far as I know Canon did not make a non-IS 17-85mm but maybe I am wrong :shrug:

Anyway, if it is still there when I get paif at the end of the month I might buy it, keep the lens and sell the camera (but don't tell the wife :suspect:) :lol:
 
My local CEX store has two 450d bodies for £300 each.

They reset the shutter count and dont record it beforehand......
 
Yeah I know but I wouldnt be able to see the shutter count before I bought it....could have 50k+ for all I know and £300 doesnt seem a fair price then
 
I've seen a 30D new for £300 recently, there are probably places that still have a few left.
