300d, 350d or 400d? what are they worth?

Could anyone says the current market value for these canon bodies please?
I'm looking at buying one for my dad, not bothered which one unless anyone has any comments on which to go for?

I saw a 300d go for like £25 on av forums, this right?!
If so I'd go for that!

300d - £25-50?
350d - £125?
400d - £175-190?

Obviously depends on condition too. But looking at decent condition ones.

I posted on AV forums classfied adds thread, been on that forum for years, bought my 400d from here 1.5 years ago too but cant get in the trade section as the requirements have now raised.

Think I'll be looking at a bargain 300d then. But won't be buying from a store as I see their prices as higher than there worth. They are in retail and making money from them after all.

Can't believe I missed the 300d I saw for £30!
 
The prices that vdubster posted seem to be about right. I paid £130 for my 350D recently, but it's the US Rebel version so was slightly cheaper than the UK ones.
I'd love to see a link for the 300D you reckon went for £30 on AV forums. I'm a member there and have not seen any go for less than £130. If if genuinely did go that cheaply some got robbed!

hmmm I may have been wrong, couldnt see the 300d or 350d I thought went for £25-30 quid. I swear I read that. Someone bought it for their daughter to get into photography or something :/ :?
 
I've seen EOS 300 35mm go for that on there, but not the 300D, or any digital SLR for that matter.

Anyway, I'm not sure how much you're looking at spending, but I've used this eBay seller a few times and they've been great. I think £115 for a 300D is pretty good.
 
Can also picked up a 20D from £120 upwards if that tickles your fancy.
 
10D is capable but I really think it's worth investing the little extra into a 20D as that not only boasts 2MP extra but also the ability to use EF-S lenses (perhaps biggest selling point) and also improved E-TTL II flash metering and USB 2.0.
