Hi, Can anyone tell me if you attach a receiver like a Cactus V6 or pocket wizard via the sync cable on one of these does it allows you change the output on all attached units as though they where one on a single Cactus V6 or a pocket wizard?

No, for sure.

TBH, I don't think it's even possible. Flash systems are designed on the basis of one trigger to each gun and while some people have DIY'd two guns off one trigger with dual leads, it's proved to be somewhat hit and miss. Nobody is really pushing that line now as good auto-TTL triggers are a fraction of the cost they were a few years ago, eg Yongnuo 622.

Just use some basic triggers which are not expletive to pick up or flash system with triggers built into the flash
