3 tier wall mount, which level to put vinyl?

Right now I have white paper on the top tier but I just got the grey vinyl, should I put that on the top then the paper on the middle?

ugh, this is stupid. I have no idea which way the damn thing should go.

Should the roll end come over the top of the bottom of the roll?

I figured for the paper the bottom then it would bend the right direction but im at a loss.
Ive been trying to find something on the internet but nothing comes up.

I would have the paper coming off the bottom of the roll. If you don;t have a breaking type system, keep some clamps handy.

Sadly I dont have room to add 'a' clamps to the ends of the rolls as there just isnt enough room to fit the end in.

Ive made break using a big clip and wedged it in so the vinyl doesnt drop down
