3 point hand strap

Is it that particular wrist strap that your after or the Nikon AH-4?
 
you can get them on ebay. I had a similar one and couldn't get on with it, really messed up the handling of the D3. I'd suspect it will mess up a camera without a built in grip as well

I just hate using the neckstrap and am looking for something secure around my wrist.

There are the cheaper non-nikon versions around, which I have had but I found didn't quite fit - but my Nikon was a xmas prezzie 2yrs ago so (& was alot cheaper than what they are now)....

There is this one "e-bay VII AH-4 which is a version 2 - delivered from Korea thou...

I like it as I'm not all that keen on neck-straps as I hate things around the neck (I get irratated to quickly) it fit's my gripped D300s which Nikon reckoned they didn't.. They're more comfy once the leather soften's up like most leather things I spose... The V2 ones have the QR clip as the original AH4 doesn't...

I like it, but its a case of each to their own really as no doubt some people hate them... Its a case of the camera is always to hand as so to speak ;)

I loved the ones I used when I had Canon but they attached in a different way, nothing screwed into the tripod mount.

Edit: might be worth trying one of the ebay cheapos to find out how you get on with it?

Get the Nikon V2 which is about £16 delivered & if your not all that keen on it let me know & I'll have it off you.... ;)
