3 exposures

Hi how do i do it !!!
i use manual when i shoot and i all ways take 3 exposures so that i dont blow the sky
problem have i can never get the blend right ,can you tell me what is the process in photoshop

is it blending !!!if so can anyone give me a step by step guide say if its a sunset and the sky's good but i need more light in the main shot
