3 dongle having probs

[On the Huh]

my dongle modem has been playing up. Went to the 3 store today and said they are having problems with their signal. I get five bars, yet can't always get a connection.
Anyone else having probs?

Was given a phone number to get more info on the prob, but not had a chance to phone yet.
