Ok i'm going to be purchasing a Canon 60D soon.

Should i go 2nd hand - around the £550-£600
or
Use digitalrev where they sell for £569

I've never imported any camera equipment before so thats a worry, but it's also a very good price.

nothing wrong with secondhand but at those prices you may as well buy new as you will get a warranty
not used digitalrev got my 7D from HDEW and it came with UK warranty think that digitalrev cameras come with UK warranty as well tho :)

Hi Chris, I got my 60D around april from here http://panamoz.com/index.php/digita...l-promotional-price-free-1-year-warranty.html Great price and great service, but it's not a UK warranty so it would have to be returned to them first. Having said that, I've bought 6 new bodies and around a dozen lenses and never had a fault with any of them so never needed a warranty. I've bought 2 bodies and 2 lenses (soon to be 3 lenses hopefully) off Panamoz and I can recommend them very highly.
 
I believe if you have a warrant issue with panamoz supplied goods you send them to their uk address Stuart
I read somewhere that on receipt and confirmation of a faulty item they just send you a new one
