Cue all the Queen You tube links
As long as its not over in a ...Gonna be a very enjoyable thread then.![]()

Hard to believe it's 25 years. I'm 49 now, how did that happen?
I was never a huge Queen fan but they sure had some classics. I didn't dislike them as a band, just my tastes are a bit heavier.
I was on my way to work when I heard the news, thinking back, it seems like yesterday.
Curiously, a very similar age to my son, and yet he's a massive queen fan, and not through any influence on my part either,Blimey, didn't realise it was that long, my daughter was only six months old.

(Did I really say that out loud?)
Thinking about it, I guess I'll have to agree with that alsoWell it is, last new band I liked was The Darkness,
Yup, I was thereRemember the tribute concert, Axl was a bit more spritely in those days, very sad for anyone to die that young, rip Freddie

Me too.
Stuart Adamson. Another sad loss 15 years ago.![]()
Me too I saw them a few times with Stuart they were amazing liveIndeed, seems longer than 15 years ago to me, strange how time plays tricks on ones mind., only playing The Crossing yesterday, one of the best debut albums ever.
I did go with my daughter a few years ago to see them with Mike Peters, obviously not the same, but great to hear that unique sound live.
