You probably can, but why would any legitimate crowd want continuing authority, especially as Digital River sells expensive digital kit? For a failing organisation to send a begging email and then use a continuing authority just seems plain wrong to me, and not worth the hassle of the cancellation process I'm afraid. It's also in another country, so your rights may not be what we expect in the UK.
