Loxley/DSCL

That should do it, not what I'd answer to every question but by far the most often posted replies :D:lol:

You could up that % by including the current minimum requirements for classifieds access

And the other 74.999% would have the words Full and crop in them ;)

and those are only the civil ones!

because it's boring for everyone else

and not forgetting "its not compulsory for you to look at it" , "how about some live and let live - I could care less about things that interest you too" and that old favourite " if its really an issue just hit the RTM button instead of going on about it"

Funny but a little harsh.

What goes around, comes around for long standing memebrs.

Pray you never ask a question that pre dates you LOL

Brilliant! Usual top quality!

Use the search function, I'm sure that's been answered before

In addition to a FAQ list there could be a FGA (Frequently Given Answers) list.

I'm agast that no one thought to put Apple vs PC before all the other suggestions

You know, that thought has crossed my mind before and might actually be worth thinking about, just for the really simple stuff, although even then it could be a very extensive list :|

To be honest I don't mind the questions that get asked over and over again....at the end of the day often people have questions and want answer relating directly to their circumstances...if you don't want to answer the question it take less time to back up out of the thread than it does to answer it...but as a community spirit thing it doesn't hurt to answer the questions

Depends on the question. If it's an FAQ that's answered in the manual, I would LIKE to answer with RTFM but don't - I usually just ignore the question unless it's about some kit I own, in which case I quote the manual and ad the page reference to my answer. Less asked questions that I know the answer to, I'll answer to the best of my ability - after all, we all started somewhere and most of us have asked questions somewhere!

I do wonder if people ask the much asked general questions just to interact, if you are new here and not so knowledgeable you good spend an awful lot of time technically in the back lurking..in which case i totally get that.. :D

And here was me being frivolous, Yvonne :)

Got to be the most common reply ... variable.... I would have done it this way or that way.... even if there is nothing wrong at all

To da Vinci.... Mona Lisa

I think your focus is off, the eyes are not sharp innit!

Common answers from Shopping & Suppliers:

"Yes but the reason it's cheap is because you've evaded duty and VAT"

"Yes, those new 70-200 f2.8 lenses for £200 on eBay are likely to be a scam"

From Out of Focus:

"Man up"

"You should seek legal advice rather than ask that question on an internet forum"
