what did you think to the first to episodes then,

it has a making of a good series in my view but they are cutting corners these days the tog at the press confrence couldnt hold a camera for (insert choice word)!

i have it on series reminder so i wont be missing it!

Editted title so that it remains clear of plot lines etc...

To be honest I think it's amazing that they keep coming up with such good story lines. To keep a series like this going for 6 series with such fantastic twisting storylines is such an achievement. Early days in this one yet but I have every faith in the 24 production team and will end up getting the box set like I have the past 6 series :)
 
im guessing there will be a terrorist group involved. they will try to kill jack as per, and a kidnapping, and he will be racing against the clock like all the other series lol
 
I gave up with 24 after series 2 - I found myself shouting at the screen urging someone...anyone to shoot Baur's daughter and/or wife :lol:
 
i think there could be a 24 boardgame

move character jack around a board looking for 'terrorists', when you land on 'capture terrorist' square you have to pull a 'question him' card, each card has a different random item, and Jack will interrogate the suspect with that item to get the answers, so you could have:
Power lead
Pen
Glass
Kitten
Ferret
Pack of cards

the more bizarre the item, the more points for correctly rolling the number 6 with the dice...the winner is the person to question 4 terrorists correctly and land on the 'big bad with Device' square, this square requires the 'BadBad with Device' card, you must roll the number on the card and shout the phrase( insert as appropriate )before shooting the big bad in the face. Special end of game twist cards are available...'captured by chinese' 'girlfriend assisinated' or 'family member goes missing'
 
Just watched the first episode.

Thought it was good, im used to my girlfriend moaning about how she doesnt like it so I dont mind :p
 
Wasnt impressed - its gone too hollywood and its lost its whole 24 real time format - although thats not unique to this series, it started become too hollywood and lose the format after season 3 but now its just silly . I bet this will be known as the series that they should never have made. Ill watch it still but it wont be nearly as good as previous seasons I bet.

I thought it was good, Bauer in top torturing form as usual :lol:, i never actually started watching these until series 5, after that i went and bought all the series, i couldn't stop watching them, sometimes i wasn't going to bed till 2 in the morning, in the end i had to limit myself to 2 a night as i never had a clue what was going on in the world :lol: always found them very edge of the seat though, i was thinking of not watching the rest of the series and just recording it all, so when i come to watch i don't have to wait again, now that's dedication for you :lol:
 
I always wonder what would happen if he had a long drive, say like my drive from Dorset up to my parents in Leicestershire. It'd be four whole episodes of me driving, singing badly with the stereo, smoking endless tabs and losing my rag with other road users :lol:

i love 24 i had to make tea in the adverts , you should of seen me leg it downstairs lol
 
I always watch it all at once i cant bear waiting for a week to go by and see the next episode.

So i have a while to wait.
