24" Monitor Screen Filter/Anti-Glare

Looking for a screen filter to reduce blue light transmission, preferably with some anti-glare properties.

I've found the Protomax product, which is not anti-glare. Also, it's applied as a film. I have two monitors so imagine that is a bit tricky to apply (air bubbles, etc.).

Any suggestions please?
 
It's a Dell 24 inch monitor. Not used for photo editing so doesn't matter about the colour balance, etc.
 
depending on the model dells often have an anti glare coating on the display already.

worth noting that no amount of filters will help a poorly positioned screen in relation to a light source.
