21 years old with a broken heart ..

thing is guys im not depressed and miserable im just stressed out

its not work - its home.

relative death - will complications - evicted from home lalalalala

im not upset or wanting to self harm and yes there are people worse off .. i didnt go to the docs for sympathy or for antidepressants i went as my chest pains hurt like **** and i wanted them to stop

just felt like by writing on here i could vent a little and let off my "steam" so to speak

You know what helps me de-stress..
Buying stuff.

Go on a spending spree, works everytime.

It's crap what's happening to the OP and hopefully things will work themselves out for the best, but Flashybabes was only trying to put a humourous slant on things, even if it didn't get received like that by the OP. The whole lynch-mob thing from everyone else is a bit over the top.... Last thing you want when you're upset is people trying to be too serious IMO.....

Hope you find a way to get things sorted Danny but there is always someone worse off, if that helps to put it in perspective. I fund out I was sooooo close to losing my job this week and started dwelling on it. The missus just turned it round by saying I haven't lost my job so what's the big deal?....:)

Hi Danny. Can't be easy for you fella.

I had a motor bike crash out here in Nam, recently. If I had been two seconds earlier I would of been under the truck instead of in the side of it and I wouldn't be typing this. Scared the hell out of me! It put me out of action for a few weeks and the wife, boy, and friends, after the initial shock, took the royal P*** out of me. All the humour helped. Everyones situation is different, I know, but humour is the best way out. Having a laugh at yourself and with others.

Its two months on now and i'm still getting it in the neck because I'm still limping on a foot that has completley repaired itself and has no pain anymore. :cuckoo:

Soon after the accident too, a film came on t.v called Funny People with Adam Sandler. That film just cheered me up and made me laugh. Humour is a great place to start for recovery. Believe me!

This thread aint helping. All the best Danny and ............ Chill

God bless Sandler - funny, funny man. Zohan; quality :)

Sorry to hear your problems.( not in same league as you but my wife had a very bad panic attack over weekend and had to call 999. That scared the crap out of me letalone her) so hate to think what you have been going through.

Anywho if you are all stressed have you tried any herbal teas? Im a bit speculative to them normally but the wife has been drinking clipper sleep easy tea. Mainly for the valerian root in it. It is meant to chill you right out. She says it makes u a bit spaced out but u just dont care.

Might be worth trying something like that to take the edge off of things for a bit. I would speak to. Drs first though as you are undergoing tests.

Hope all goes well and your back To your best soon!
