20D Protection in Rain?

Hi everyone.

I've recently received my 20D and soon my 55-250mm lens..

I'll be attending alot of rally events hopefully, and the weather well... can get nasty.


Apart from obviously not using it, is there any other ways which i can protect the camera so i can use it in the rain?

Perhaps some kind of rain sleeve?

An Optech Rainsleeve would be worth a go.
If you don't have a hood for your lens then get one as that should keep the rain of the front element and it means you can secure the rainsleeve forward of the actual lens body - otherwise your lens would still get wet.
