2015 Photo52 Challenge : WEEK 52 we finally made it and its "Christmas" into the bargain

Thinking I might play this year ...(as it strikes me i spend far too much time talking about photography and not enough time actually doing it)

Point of ettiquette (and i havent read all 16 pages so apologies if its already been answered) If starting now , do I start with week 7 and actually do a '46' or do I shoot all the existing themes from week 1 on to catch up and then weekly therafter ? I'm aware theres no hard and fast rules so really its up to me, but I was wondering what the usual form is ?
 
Up to you Pete.

I'd definitely suggest jumping in with the current week (as opposed to starting on wk1) so that you're on the same theme as everyone else - it just makes it a bit easier to join in and share the pain :LOL:
But your choice after that, either go back and catch up the missing weeks as and when you have chance or just play from here on in.

Remember that there are 4 reshoot weeks to be announced, so you can always do one of your missing themes in those weeks if you want to.

also don't forget you can always use a few archive photos ;) Anyway it's only 5 weeks to catch up on, the first was last year as a practice/warm up.
 
Thanks guys after atrip to South lakes zoo I have 'companions' nailed down - I just need to get back to a computer with processing software on it before i can start uploading
 
Cheers boys - ive created my thread and put Week 4 up as i was reasonably happy with it SOOC (apart from resizing in paint).

It's the same rules that apply to the rest of the forum really, with a couple of extra guidelines for posting in projects :

If it's something that contains nudity or may be not safe to view at work, only post it as a link in the 'photos only' thread and make sure that you clearly state NSFW in the specific post in your own thread and structure it so that people have to scroll down to see the picture.

Extract from the general forum rules regarding nudity below - Note that for project threads, we've allowed members to include images in this section (i.e. outside of N&G) as long as they stick to the guidelines above.

Nudity
  • Only in the Nude and Glamour forum please
  • Nothing overly or graphically sexual
  • Nothing that focuses on genetalia
  • Nothing that looks like porn. That's just tacky. We're not Reader's Wives!

Beyond that, there are no firm rules about subjects being off limits - just use a bit of common sense and don't post anything that the majority of people are likely to find offensive or in very bad taste (Not suggesting that you would BTW!)

Argh still haven't done my elegant, finding the time is difficult and being as its not a subject I can't very well shoot whilst in work or out in the van makes it a tad more difficult, I will catch up soon
 
Morning all !!!
Can someone remind me what day it is today? I can't seem to remember :lol:

I'm in the office at the moment, but the bag of themes is sat on my laptop waiting for me to get home tonight.

But I think I know what that is, and I LOVE the Silent Hill games . . . I definitely want one !!!

I played them all, and they were one of the few games that actually sent a shiver down my spine while playing them :)

Might see if I can get them for my Mac :)

If I get my Silent Hill siren, then I think we should wire up a fanfare just for you on the week that medical gets drawn!

I've updated to include archive images for the first 4 themes.
Now twiddling my thumbs for the next theme.
