I think you need to make it clear which one is your team this year Joe ;)

He probably makes several just to stack the odds of being able to gloat in his favour

Must remember to fiddle with my team before the start.

In again! Hoping this year that I won't peak too soon and then disappear down the table!!

its always so hard at the start to pick the players as you have such little info of who is in form or not. Looks like ba and cisse are doubts for this weekend, after last year I would imagine they were on most peoples "must have list" but being doubtful, they'll not make my initial pick

then there's the whole rooney, RVP, Aguero choice. Which one will score the most goals and will torres show his form of late this year for chelsea?

Then theres some of the big midfielders but you never know which ones will start - for man u now with 4 strikers the number in midfield is going to reduce very likely and they are bound to stick with one controlling midfielder at least, but will it be scholes, carrick or giggs. Which leaves a whole range of more creative midfielders who you can't guarantee will start matches

young, nani, valencia, cleverly and now kagawa? Who will start/ nobody knows!

The fun of it all!!! Who'd be a manager eh?

I'm in...I've got major reservations about my squad though! Don't think I'll be maintaining my winning ways of the Euro fantasy football :(

If past attempts at premier league fantasy football is anything to go by I'll stop making changes within about 8 games anyway.

This year there will just be me after the wife lost interest last year.

You guys are funny how serious you take it.

I wonder if 'she' lost interest once she knew she'd fallen too far behind. ;)

:suspect:

that doesn't make sense, since it was her team I took over that finished in the top 10.

It was my original team that ended up way down the table.

You really do have sour grapes about me beating you last season - it's only a game phil :cuckoo:

Sour Grapes - Not at all Joe ;)

I'm just teasing you because you keep mentioning where your team finished yet only after the team you first had, fell behind. It wouldn't be half as funny if it wanst you

My original team never fell behind. It was at the bottom right from the start!

Well I've had a shocker - just 22 points so far and will probably get worse as I didn't look for any double game teams.

I missed the double team games but have 2 Chelsea players in there by coincidence. The early injury to Aguero, my captain, is a real early blow!
