I would like to do a 2010 calendar,where would i get software or profile for photshop with the months on ,so I can start early

Did this last year as a xmas present for a few friends, used a piece of software found online that was issued by the print company. Have a look at the various firms that do photo books etc and most have their own software available. I was really pleased with the results as were friends, I plan to do xmas cards this year.
 
meant more like a template so I could print an A4 photo that had the month on the bottom or side and my photo ,
have ps4 if any templates exist for that
