20.5" imac - Anyone with experience?

Hi,

I'm considering going for bust and getting the 20.5" imac.

However, I have seen a number of comments that say it's no good for photo editing due to the glossy screen. As I am completely new to photography and have never edited a on any computer, has anyone got any thoughts/comments?

I have a 21.5 at work and 24 at home. I'm on mine all day and don't get headaches.

I turn the brightness down so its not on the Max but they are both fine for me
 
Just watch out where you put it, to avoid unwanted reflections. Apart from that and turning the brightness down to about 50% you should have no problems.

Have been using glossy screens on my MBP and iMac now for about a couple of years and it's not a problem

If in doubt pop into a Apple shop and try it out yourself
