Welcome to my competition for a 4GB Sandisk EXtreme III Card. This competition will run until midnight Sunday 8th of March. The theme is a photo that is "Typically British"
Can be a red telephone box, local pub, countryside etc but anyone looking would know photo was typically British!! You get the idea I hope. 1 entry only please.

Well was having a brouse through the sale ads and came across this link so thought i'd enter :)

You say something 'typically british' now first thoughts for me would have been a cup of tea!! but not having one to hand i'd thought i'd try the next best thing that good old british steam traction :) Well i use the term old, maybe that should be modern, brand new 60163 Tornado passes through woking

No worries, you're not the only one to misread it!
 
Looks like a few members haven't seen the rule that photo was to be taken after this competition started. To save photos being deleted I have lifted that rule as there is still plenty of time to post your entries and as long as you took the photo and you think it fits the typically British theme then go ahead and post it. This should save any conversation on this thread and be photos only. If you have delated photo already feel free to put it on again.
Hopefully this will keep everyone happy.

I have chosen something slightly different.
I had a thread recently about needed some memory cards, so i hope I win :)

But I have chosen the old fashioned British chimney (Coronation Street on TV gave me the inspiration)
