2 or 1 in limited space

I've just had a phone call from Business Link and all is looking shiny and bright.
I've asked for a small grant for a Lastolight HiLite background and train but I'm stuck with regards to the lights.
I've already got a couple of heads that I will be using with the HiLight but I need to purchase another one or two heads and softboxes for the subject.
I've been looking at the Lencarta smart flash twin setup with two softboxes, but I've also been looking at a single SmartFlash but with a much larger rectangular softbox 140x70cm.

The lights will be used at peoples homes and my thinking is that two softboxes offer more flexibility but take up too much space so a single much larger softbox would be better suited to my needs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When do you expect to have them back in stock. I'm not in a great hurry as I also have to sort out business insurance and HMRC stuff
There's also the lest trip hazards the better

A bit uncertain, because of the Icelandic volcano problem, they should be ready to leave the factory any day now, and if they are ready by the time that Lencarta can find space on a plane (which is very difficult at the moment) then they should be here with the other out of stock items in a couple of weeks.
Otherwise, it will be via sea, which takes a lot longer.
