the lencarta website says 30 day no quibble guarantee!!! Read it!
What the website actually says is "Returned goods
You have a 30 day cooling off period in which to return any items you have purchased. The full sale price paid for the goods is refunded (subject of course to receipt in new condition and complete with original packaging) The actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
What that means is that Lencarta could have refused to give a refund because you failed to return the goods in new condition complete with original packaging - but you still feel that you are the one who has been treated badly...
And as for the untidy state of the warehouse on moving day causing scratches to a flash head, I'll point out the obvious... The job of the warehouse is to store and despatch goods. They don't pack them, the packing is done by the factory, and they pack every head in an oversized box that contains foam that protects the contents from damage - so the fact that you didn't like the warehouse and the fact that you choose to ignore the facts doesn't change the facts. Subject now closed, I think that the people on here have better things to read about.
