hi guys, i picked up my fisrt dslr which replaced my old compact. i got a sony a390 with just the standard 18-55mm kit lens, but i'm hoping to add a 50mm prime lens in the near future and in time some sort of macro/tele lens but that's for a later date. at the minute i've been trying to take as many shots as i can of as many different subjects as i can.
my aim is to get one shot per day that i'm happy enough to keep and print out. i'm trying to read as much as i can to learn the in's and out's of what i can do with what i've got. so far i'm please with what i'm turning out but i'm sure it isn't up to the standard of most the work posted on here, maybe in time though.
