1D Mk III - custom functions for birds in flight?

Hello

For all you 1D mk III owners, what custom functions for AI servo do you recommend for birds in flight?

I'm off to Wales and would like to make the most of my (possible - if the boats sail) time on Skomer. Last year I went with my 50D and really struggled and although the tracking etc seems a lot better on the 1D, I would really like some advice/recommendations for birds in flight.
