1clickcanvas, anyone used before?

Hi Ryan,

i happened upon your post by accident although i run the company you are asking about ( www.1clickcanvas.com)

The reason we may seem cheap alongside other canvas printing companies is not due to poor quality but simply due to the large volume of orders we receive and the fact that we manufacture all aspects of our canvas printing, from the hand built redwood frames to your images printed onto a 415gsm pure cotton bright white canvas. We also believe in providing a fair price to all of our customers, we don't have a 40-50% mark up like most other print companies. Indeed our markups are around 5%. This allows to build good working relationships with many photographers who after dealing with us then tell there friends, after all the best form of marketing is word of mouth and keeping our current customers happy.

We can also offer photo quality prints at reasonable prices and also many other types of printed material such as business cards and flyers through our sister site ( www.1clickprint.com)

I hope this answers a few of your questions, if you have any others please feel free to contact me at the email or telephone number below

nb.

if this helps i found a link on a different forum to our site, a comment about sits near the bottom of the page.

Thanks Derben,

both websites are working fine now, websites have been down for a short time today( approximately 15 minutes) due to switching to a dedicated server to allow much faster upload/download of artwork. As you may appreciate we pass around a huge quantity of large files so we update our servers whenever new software and hardware comes along which will better the service our customers are used too.

Of course we are always contactable by phone monday to friday 9am to 5.30 pm and 9am -12.30 pm on staurdays.

By the way thanks for the order Ryan, i'll speed this one through for you. You should receive this Tuesday, it will arrive by courier so will require a signature.

have a good weekend

Ian

just had an email back of 1clickcanvas and its going to be tomoro!

oh and the only day im not going to be in :bonk:

got a second email off ian saying sorry for it being late, and also said my next order with them will be free if im happy with the canvas.

i know the first one maybe late but you cant beat that for service imo! we are not all perfect and in business we are not always 100% on time.

but for a company to offer a free print for being late looks very good for there aftercare.

looks like i will also get them to do some stuff for my detailing business also now!

:)

Hi Ryan,

Glad your happy with the canvas, and yes you can have 36x50 if you like. I'm on holiday now until 5th may but you can still place orders as everyone else is still hard at work. The reason your canvas was delayed was due to us changing our courier from APC to City Link. we got a little confused and cut one off before the other started. !!!

If you want to drop me a email with the image you want your other canvas at and the size you would like i'll sort it on my return

all the best

Ian

kewl, i was just adding a topic on 1clickprint (sister of 1clickcanvas) saying i was really pleased with their posters, but im thinking i should get some canvases done through them too, seeing as it was such a fast turnaround.

This thread is giving me ideas. I'd love to get some pictures printed to canvas. Going to go check out their site.

Just received mine today, brilliant service and brilliant end result. :clap:Its the first time i've had a photo of mine printed onto canvas for someone, but cert gonna do it again. :)

forgive the quality of the photo, taken using my phone!

Know this is an old thread but thought I'd update it with my experience with them - not good I'm afraid.
No sure what happened but it still hasn't arrived after almost 3 weeks :( No response to my left messages either.

have you phoned them

email is quick and convenient but not aways seen.

Yep, phoned them & left messages, they said there was a problem with the order but the guy I spoke to couldn't understand why it hadn't been posted out yet. Said he's going to sort it out asap.

anyone used http://www.1clickcanvas.com/?gclid=CNLUqKHv0JICFQ-vQwodXUlfIA

im just about to order a canvas print 18x40 and its coming up at just short of £60 i think thats very cheap! maybe to cheap?

anyone used them before?

thanks ryan.
I used them a few months back quite good but comms was a bit bad and my delivery was held up with no feedback but ok quality. I have been using www.gicleetradeprinting.co.uk but they are strickly trade although they will deal with photographers of all types, trade or just for fun. I was a bit worried there prices were to low to be good but believe me this company know how to deal with customers and have a top class product. Anyone used these before?

Hi,

Just seen your post I have used them before and explained I was not trade but had some private clients and they let me order. Got myself a massive canvas venture wanted £700 got this for £130 still cant belive the size its bigger than me :-) worth a visist www.gicleetradeprinting.co.uk do be put of by trade only they wont bite.

I must be very paranoid but these last 2 posts seem a little odd. 1 post each?!

I'm thinking of getting one of my pictures done on canvas but I think more research is needed.

oooh, you old cynic you! :D:D

Agree btw, spamalicious!

FWIW - I use oxford image company, as recommended to me by Lois on this site, and so far so good - very good quality product, competitive prices, good turnaround, excellent colour match, and a really nice guy too...highly recommended!

Just wanted to add my comments on 1clickprint - I can't speak for the quality of the print as 2 1/2 weeks after ordering I've still not received it.

Had absolutely no correspondence, but called them at the start of last week and they said it would be the end of the week. Didn't arrive by Friday and called them again - they said it _should_ get printed over the weekend; I politely asked that please _could_ it get printed given they'd already missed their last promise. Called them to check yesterday and they said yep had been printed and would definitely be here today. Just called them up and oh apparently the courier hasn't picked it up so it won't be here till tomorrow... I won't hold my breath...

Like I say, I can't speak for the quality, but it had better be good given their appalling customer service and complete lack of communication. I do know that I won't use them again though and I wouldn't recommend doing so unless you're happy to have an indefinite wait.
